The companies integrating this Club negotiate with us price and conditions for different activities and services provided, by means of strategic contracts valid for a certain period of time, defining the mutual preferential conditions of this qualified relationship.
The closer alignment with a group of suppliers and subcontractors makes it easier to apply good building practices, with significant improvement in the final product quality and in the development of the Club’s companies.
Besides the development and adjustment of these subcontractors’ and suppliers’ capacity to meet the Edifer’s real challenges, we make reference to advantages in terms of payment deadlines, invoicing simplification and speed, as well as guarantee condition improvement.
The speciality works inscribed in the Edifer Partners Club are exempt from systematic market consultation, thus facilitating an earlier start up of works and releasing Procurement Technicians to perform other tasks.
Besides the customized and exclusive communication with respective Account Managers and Contract Managers, the Edifer Partners Club ensures 24 hour/day direct contact channels, by e-mail or dedicated line (blue line). The invited companies have immediately joined the Club, and the number of partnership candidates has been increasing.
