Edifer Strategy

Edifer pursues a Growth Strategy, based on capturing new markets and new customers, on geographical expansion and on the incorporation by acquisition or creation of new companies that complement the services offered.

 
     
 

The central activity of Edifer will remain in engineering and construction and its investee companies will organise their business in the framework of the four Strategic Business Units aimed at the leadership of the sectors on which they operate.

 

INTERNATIONALISATION: To grow on International Markets through the expansion of business to selected new geographic markets, in arder to consolidate the international positioning of the group.
 
DIVERSIFICATION
: Expand the range of products with new contracting models, through the development of new business and acting throughout the entire life cycle of assets, continuing to detect acquisition opportunities aimed at the expansion of business or the reduction of market entry time.

INTEGRATED PEOPLE MANAGEMENT POLICY: To attract, develop and retain executives, ensuring that it permanently employees talent and potential in line with its business and mobility, with business development and with the developments in the organisation's performance requirements.
