Edifer Reabilitação is oriented towards differentiation and integration for the built heritage, associating competencies that range from the diagnosis of pathologies and plans, to the identification and reproduction of traditional techniques, and applying the best techniques in the rehabilitation and remodelling, in order to maximize the final value of the real estate property.

Also in the development of new business opportunities in rehabilitation, Edifer has won the first national public tender awarded by an SRU – Sociedade de Reabilitação Urbana (urban rehabilitation company), in this case SRU Porto Vivo, and in respect of the recovery of the Carlos Alberto quarter, in Oporto.
