The so-called "Empório Luanda Plaza" is an undertaking located at Avenida de Portugal, in one of the most important areas of the Angolan capital. The 36-month project comprises a hotel and a set of office (two), residential (two, totalling 70 dwellings) and commercial buildings.

The central building will be a five-star hotel with 29 floors (23 overground and 6 underground), with a total capacity of 212 double rooms and 6 suits, including a set of floors with executive suits, a club and a SPA.

The compound will still have two residence buildings, in a total of 70 (2-bedroom to 6-bedroom) dwellings. The central area will be commercial, with modern stores in a street-like configuration shopping centre.
