Apprenticeship and Career Starting

The admission of young graduates is common practice in Edifer, as to prepare and train future technical staff and reinforce teams, simultaneously creating the balance and complementarity between the Group’s professionals and the human resources available in the work market.

The 12-month Apprenticeship Program includes passing through the different departments of the company, so as to provide an extended knowledge of the company, the awareness of the culture and values and a better integration in the targeted function.
