The success of our projects and works directly depends on the individual and collective performance of each of us, and so our staff training and development initiatives deserve special attention and a careful and detailed preparation.
The 2007 Training Program, developed in the framework of the Edifer Management Academy Project, is an important structured initiative of launching courses adequate to future performance needs of our professionals.
In 2007, the initiative consisted in a set of actions to sustainedly follow the development of our staff’s individual skills, which are required by the sector new challenges, setting up conditions for excellence in their performance.
In this scope, behavioural, technical and general management training sessions were contemplated, reflecting a very significant global direct investment, with the equivalent of 1900 employees and 14,400 training hours. |
