How did the contact with the Edifer Group happen and what was your motivation to integrate this Group?
My first contact with Edifer was on a seminar at IST (Engineering High Institute), where the President of the Portuguese Engineering Association made reference to Edifer as a good example of prestige and tradition in national Engineering, mainly in Buildings. Later on, I got in touch with Edifer through a Work Job also at IST.
The projected image of Edifer, on both occasions, was that of a strong, dynamic and innovating company.
Strong because a company with such a dimension must have a strong positioning in the market.
Dynamic because it was directly or indirectly present in all fields of the Engineering market.
Innovating because it had a unique apprenticeship program which met my expectations.
How do you consider your progress?
I think I am not the best person to assess my progress inside the company. Nevertheless, I must say that the company always matched my expectations and therefore always gave support to my professional development. In my opinion, and according to may experience, Edifer is a fair company.

Penso que não sou a melhor pessoa para avaliar a minha evolução dentro da empresa. No entanto, não posso deixar de afirmar que a empresa foi sempre ao encontro das minhas ambições e deste modo nunca deixou de apoiar o meu desenvolvimento profissional. Na minha opinião, e de acordo com a minha experiência, a Edifer é uma empresa justa!

By stimulating the professional development of its employees, Edifer also turns out to be a school. As a strong, dynamic and innovating company, it allows each employee to acquire skills he/she may use in the future.
