How did the contact with the Edifer Group happen and what was your motivation to integrate this Group? 

When we graduate after 5 long years, we ask ourselves 'what is next?'. Then, we look up on the internet, on newspapers and essentially talk to colleagues and older friends, so as to find the best opportunities to build our future on a long term basis.

Being no exception, when I got this information I have quickly realised that Edifer was a strong Group, showing great growth during the latest years, but above all considered by the sector and the community itself as a company with values, seen as a reference in several fields. All these facts made me invest in this application, and the more I get to know the corporate context on which Edifer operates, the more I appreciate working in this Group.

How do you assess the apprenticeship program in which you participate? 

The apprenticeship program was something new, as none of my colleagues participates in such a project. However, if I had to give a mark from 0 to 20, it would certainly be from 16 upwards. Working in all departments related to production gives the opportunity not only to be informed on the company as a whole, but also to get familiar with activities and processes in which we will participate, and by knowing them from the beginning to the end and from several perspectives, we better understand our work, others work and their difficulties, and the way in which our performance may help and prevent those difficulties. This experience also enables acquaintance with others and making ourselves known.
