How did the contact with the Edifer Group happen and what was your motivation to integrate this Group?
My first contact with the Edifer Group took place at the Job Shop promoted by IST (Engineering High Institute), where I was finishing my degree. From the main reasons which encouraged my integration in the Group, I underline the leadership positioning Edifer assumes in the Building Market, together with a strong investment on its employees and a very sounding image.
How do you assess the apprenticeship program in which you participate?
The present Apprenticeship Program provides information on specific procedures for each department, and develops relations among the Group’s employees. It is certainly an asset for employees and for work-team development.
